Business Development Specialist (B2B Lead Generation & Closure)

Location: Pune – Knowlathon HQ

Experience: 2–5 years

Role Type: Full-time | In-office

About the Role

We are looking for high-impact Business Development Specialists who have proven experience in end-to-end B2B lead generation, qualification, solution pitching, and closure. You will be responsible for driving pipeline growth across enterprise and GCC clients globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete B2B lead generation cycle – research, outreach, qualification, pitching, and follow-ups
  • Handle consultative sales conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders (HR, L&D, Capability Leads, GCC Leadership)
  • Convert marketing-qualified and self-generated leads into revenue
  • Manage proposals, pricing discussions, solution positioning, and closure
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reports on CRM
  • Work closely with Delivery & Product teams to prepare custom value propositions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales/lead generation experience (preferably in training, SaaS, consulting, or HR tech)
  • Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and converting to closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strong research capability to identify decision-makers across industries
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments

Business Development Executive (Junior / Entry Level)

Location: Pune – Knowlathon HQ

Experience: 0–2 years (MBA freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in B2B outreach, lead generation, and initial qualification
  • Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
  • Support proposal creation, pitch decks, and client communication
  • Handle follow-ups and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Represent Knowlathon professionally in client interactions (email, LinkedIn, calls)
