Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Market Research Manager, based in Boston, MA, with opportunities for remote work. The Market Research Manager will oversee and execute market research initiatives to identify industry trends and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market analyses, gathering and interpreting data, generating actionable insights, and preparing detailed reports. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive intelligence to drive marketing and business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • CD and CDQA experience is mandatory.
  • Manage and oversee the flow of day-to-day operations within the research team.
  • Provide project training to team members to help them understand campaign requirements and ensure timely project completion.
  • Understand team challenges and provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Improve team productivity by reducing errors and ensuring projects are delivered with both qualitative and quantitative accuracy.
  • Motivate and guide the team to ensure alignment towards achieving business goals.
  • Identify training needs and provide training based on individual performance and skill gaps.
  • Set performance targets for the team and support them in meeting targets within defined timelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports tracking achievements, productivity, and improvement areas.
