Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and monitoring outbound marketing campaigns while supporting overall marketing initiatives. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines, drafting campaign materials, communicating with stakeholders, and assessing campaign performance. You will also focus on lead qualification and ensuring that all efforts align with the organization's broader marketing strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables to meet objectives.
  • Draft, review, and refine campaign communication and marketing content.
  • Track and assess campaign performance, including lead qualification.
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing outbound marketing campaigns and strategies is a plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent campaign management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
  • Understanding of B2B outbound marketing practices (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Pune.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
