Your Role
You'll be part of our core sales function — driving conversations with founders, creative agencies, and B2B decision-makers across India and the U.S. Your goal: convert curiosity into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to propsects in the US and India.
- Prospect, qualify, and close B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls and craft tailored proposals
- Build & maintain CRM(Excel based) hygiene and track daily outreach metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and founder to refine pitch positioning
- Meet and exceed weekly revenue & conversion goals
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / digital-agency sales
- Excellent written & verbal communication (English)
- Confident cold-caller with persistence and empathy
- Comfortable working with CRMs, LinkedIn , and outreach tools(Apollo, )
- Driven by performance, learning, and ownership
