Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B SaaS Sales Associate based in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective business clients, managing the sales process, and driving growth opportunities. Key tasks include nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to improve the customer experience and optimize the sales process will also be part of the role.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, SaaS platforms, and lead generation strategies
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with data-driven tools for sales analysis
  • Ability to identify client needs, craft personalized solutions, and achieve sales targets
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
