Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to introduce the company's digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Branding, Web Development, etc.).
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and client information.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development or Sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead activity and performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (digital marketing background preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead tracking platforms.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹38,106.59 per month
