Job brief
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements and skills
· Strong interest in sales, customer communication, and lead generation.
· Good phone presence and confidence in speaking with customers.
· Ability to make multiple calls per day for outreach and follow-ups.
· Basic understanding of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online presentation tools.
· Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Good listening abilities and willingness to learn presentation techniques.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently.
· Qualification - BA/BCom/BBA/MBA or equivalent degree.
· Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
Work Hours – 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM
