Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through proactive outreach and follow-up to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation
- Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of interactions, track progress, and manage sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and improve sales strategies
- Identify opportunities for new business and lead generation through market research and networking
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance selling capabilities
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to represent the organization professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, sales environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Understanding of market research and lead generation techniques
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools for sales efficiency
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus
