Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers through proactive outreach and follow-up to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation
  • Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of interactions, track progress, and manage sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and improve sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities for new business and lead generation through market research and networking
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance selling capabilities
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to represent the organization professionally
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Understanding of market research and lead generation techniques
