Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales representative to join our team at SolidEdge Industries' headquarters in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers by promoting our high-quality PVC edge band tape products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in tele sales is essential to communicate product features effectively and close deals quickly. (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to engage, inform, and persuade potential customers effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in CRM software is mandatory to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
- Effective negotiation skills are required to close the best deals and handle customer objections tactfully.
- Must be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure effective communication with clients.
- Experience in lead generation is crucial for identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve sales targets and collaborate on projects.
- Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

- Foster strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities by continuously exploring the market and customer needs.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of our PVC edge band tape products to prospective clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and ensure effective communication of its value.
- Use CRM software to update customer records, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by persistently pursuing achievements and overcoming challenges proactively.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable strategies.
