As an Inside Sales Representative at BEACON India, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing accounts, and closing sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, presenting our product offerings, and converting prospects into valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate information on leads and sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and enhance lead generation efforts.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as defined by the sales management.
Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer insights and market trends.
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
