Role and Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative/Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
  • Generating revenue by selling IT Infrastructure Services & Solutions to both government and private sectors.
  • Participating in Government Procurement Projects through tenders.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with the government sector, Sales, Presales, Account Managers, and Project Managers.
  • Coordinating with Sales team, Purchase team, Technical support team, and Operations Team to process bid/Tender related activities and PO related process.
  • Regularly interacting with end-users and customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams and providing complete backend support.
  • Preparing quotations as per customer requirements and sharing them with partners and customers.
  • Handling customer queries related to the product via call or email.
  • Maintaining daily calls report, funnel report, and MIS.
  • Following up on payments with customers and partners.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales is required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential.
