Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all client communications and needs
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives to provide relevant solutions and services
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth execution of client requests and deliverables
  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and assist in upselling or cross-selling efforts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic account plans
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle client escalations professionally and ensure resolution

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account handling years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
