Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Executive (1–4 Years Experience) to join our Ed Tech business team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and support business expansion strategies.

As a Senior BDE, you will be expected to take greater ownership of sales cycles, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Identify, approach, and convert educational institutions, training centers, corporates, and individual learners to adopt AcceleratorX Ed Tech solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and propose tailored learning solutions that align with their objectives.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Manage full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiations, closures, and post-sales support.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Management & Follow-ups: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or any relevant field.
  • Experience: 1–4 years experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the Ed Tech or SaaS industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong presentation skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Ability to build trust, understand client needs, and sustain long-term partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹800,000.00 per month
