About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the service department, maintaining accurate data records, supporting technical teams, and delivering excellent service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily service operations including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor service requests, log entries into the system, and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate with service employees, customers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate data entry, reports, and documentation in company software
  • Ensure compliance with company service policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, service status updates, and customer feedback summaries.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the service department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in service operations, data handling, or computer operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and service management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
