We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated F&B Sr. Guest Service Associate to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group, with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and composure under pressure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods is expected.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are preferred.
