Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and attend incoming calls.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer follow-ups.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
• Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers for test rides, vehicle delivery, and post-service feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall dealership growth.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM software).
• Good presentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
