Role & Responsibilities:

Who are we looking for?

A Key Account Manager is responsible for handling client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company's income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.


• Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude in networking and building relationships.


• Goal-oriented, organized team player.


• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills.


• Strong negotiation skills.


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


• Self-motivated and self-directed


• Experience in handling key accounts.

Responsibilities:


• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.


• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.


• They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.


• Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.


• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.


• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.


• Will be responsible for complete handholding with customer till the revenue realization.
