Job Description for KAM/Q-Comm

Required skills and qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of ecommerce, Quick Commerce and digital platforms to market and sell products

· Understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

· Analytical ability, execution excellence, accountability of business results, display growth mind-set.

· Agility and attention to details. Able to multi-task, team player, cope up with the dynamics of business.

· Strong MS excel, report making skills - should be able to independently do data analysis, arrive at insights and hypothesize.

· Understanding of consumer purchase cycle on ecomm platform and their requirement

· Proficient communication skills, both written & verbal, with fluency in English

· Experience in managing Q-commerce platform such as Bigbasket & Zepto.
