Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product team.

  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and ongoing improvement.

  • You will be a key driver of product success, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy.

  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Gather and document user requirements and translate them into product specifications.

  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals.

  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, customer communications, and training materials.

  • Monitor product performance after launch and gather user feedback.

  • Analyze product usage data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage the product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and maintenance.

  • Prioritize and manage product backlog.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.

  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience with specific industries or domains (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech).

  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Product board).

  • Experience with data-driven decision making and A/B testing.

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
