Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Operations professional with proven expertise in manufacturing policies, EPC, Chemical, or Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SOPs, ISO documentation, MIS, PMS, payroll, and HRMS systems, with a strong ability to manage both people and processes efficiently.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operations (50%)

  • Develop, implement, and monitor manufacturing policies, SOPs, and ISO standards.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and maintain audit readiness.
  • Drive operational excellence and streamline workflows across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Payroll & HRMS (30%) - Overview

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
  • Oversee HRMS data integrity, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Generate HR analytics and dashboards for strategic decision-making.

HR & People Processes (20%)

  • Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Support the implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  • Assist in policy formulation, process improvement, and documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage grievance resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing HR policies, SOPs, and ISO documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and process focus.
  • Minimum 68 years of relevant experience in HR & Operations.
