Role Objective

We are looking for a Contracts professional to manage pre- and post-contract activities for large-scale MEP Packages. The role requires strong knowledge of contract management, claims, billing, vendor coordination, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic sourcing, Procurement and Contracts Management
  • Development & implementation of key procurement, inventory management strategies.
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Delivering better order fulfillment efficiency through On-time deliveries (OTIF), improved profitability through Total cost of Ownership & Quality improvements.
  • Appointment of Consultants (including International) for Master & Concept planning, Structure, MEP, Faade and Landscape Global Sourcing of Materials Contract & Procurement Strategy
  • Vendor (including Nominated Sub Contractors) Management (Prequalification to Evaluation)
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and vendors
  • Establishing strategic relationships with key vendors, achieving aggressive targets in terms of cost, quality and delivery
  • Manage current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency; meet regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements; expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies

Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts at functional and executive levels, Conflict Management, Strong vendor management skills

Qualification: B.E. Electrical/Mechanical, Diploma Electrical/Mechanical
