Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Bengaluru. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Daily tasks include networking, prospecting, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and staying updated with market trends to provide the best consultancy services to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of the real estate market and urban development
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
