Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Bengaluru. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs, while adhering to the company's sales strategies and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present effectively.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation tactics, and customer service.
- Experience in identifying sales opportunities, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role; experience in technology or similar industries is a plus.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
