About The Role
Role Sales & MarketingLocation PunePosition OverviewThe Sales and Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing andexecuting sales and marketing strategies to expand Exposomes market presence in the water andwastewater sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong business acumen, andthe ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Development:o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets andmarket growth in the water/wastewater industry.o Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead ofindustry developments.
Sales & Marketing Professional:o Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.o Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Client Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and industrystakeholders.o Conduct regular meetings and presentations to address client needs and provide solutions.o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Sales Execution:o Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing, including proposal preparation,contract negotiation, and finalization.o Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposals and solutions meet clientrequirements.o Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Industry Expertise:o Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.o Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance industrypresence and gather market intelligence.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Engineering, or a related field;advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the water/wastewater industryor a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment technologies, market dynamics, andregulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
