Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru,for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by making builder connections and having tie ups with channel partners, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design solutions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of interior design and procurement processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design and installation teams
  • Experience in residential and commercial interior design projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
