Truminds is looking for passionate Sales professionals with a strong engineering background with experience in segments like Digital Transformation and Enterprise Apps, Media & Technology, IoT, AI/ML, Telecom, embedded etc. and expertise in latest cutting-edge technologies responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and expanding market presence across various sectors.

Role & responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, with a focus on technology sectors space.
  • Experience in B2B Sales in segments like Digital Transformation and Enterprise Apps, Media & Technology, IoT, AI/ML, Telecom, Embedded etc.
  • Experience of onboarding and handling clients from Fortune 500 companies.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune markets.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Truminds customer base & extend the company's global reach.
  • Responsible for sales growth, locating/seizing new business opportunities & closing deals end to end.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for expansion into other teams of the existing key accounts with consistent account strateg.y
  • Ability to present the right value-proposition & map clients requirements with Truminds expertise.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Open to travel on need basis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and product alignment with market needs.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • MBA or equivalent (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership, Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
