Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee, located in Delhi, India. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for performing operational and administrative tasks, such as data management, record keeping, coordination with other departments, and ensuring smooth back-office processes. The role may also require supporting customer service, sales, and finance operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations, data management, and organizational tasks
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to assist with related tasks
- Experience in Sales coordination and support activities
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with office software tools and systems
- Good team collaboration skills and adaptability
- Prior experience in an administrative or back-office role is a plus
