Back Office Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (female preferred) to manage administrative tasks and handle operations related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills and prior experience in GeM documentation and tender handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and correspondence.
- Manage and update product catalogues, and pricing on the GeM Portal.
- Handle GeM tenders, including uploading documents, submitting bids, and tracking tender status.
- Prepare reports, MIS data, and maintain filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government procedures on GeM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in back-office operations (experience with GeM Portal preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Days & Timings: 9:30 AM to 6PM, Monday – Saturday.
Location: Tirupati Agencies, E-1/16 First Floor, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
