About the Company
A well-established and reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring
the smooth and efficient functioning of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize both digital and physical records to ensure they are easily accessible.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Handle administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and managing mail.
Prepare and generate reports, summaries, and presentations for internal teams to support decision-making processes.
Verify data for accuracy, make necessary corrections, and identify any irregularities in a timely manner.
Coordinate with various departments to support administrative needs and ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office environment is well-organized.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree is generally preferred.
