Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of our business. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. Responsibilities: *Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner. *Manage and update company databases and information systems. *Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. *Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents and contracts. *Prepare invoices and purchase orders Communicate with vendors and clients as needed. *Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers. *Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner. *Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements: Graduate diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as a back office executive or in a similar role. *Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. *Excellent organizational and time management skills. *Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. "Attention to detail and accuracy. *Ability to work independently with minimum procedures is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
