Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive
Client Relationship Manager
specializing in
Mutual Fund Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving consistent business growth through tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for mutual fund investments.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable mutual fund recommendations.
  • Deliver prompt and personalized customer support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to offer informed advice.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, documentation, and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, feedback, and portfolio performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in mutual fund sales or client relationship management in financial services.
  • Sound understanding of mutual fund products, financial planning, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
