Back Office Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (female preferred) to manage administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in handling day-to-day office documentation and coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage reports, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Prepare reports, MIS data, and maintain filing systems.
- Support management in routine administrative and operational activities.
- Handle emails, calls, and other office communication efficiently.
- Ability to design and create marketing images, social media creatives, and brochures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in back-office operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GeM Portal and basic accounting will be an added advantage.
Working Days & Timings: 9:30 AM to 6PM, Monday – Saturday.
Location: Tirupati Agencies, E-1/16 First Floor, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
