Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Specialist – Virtual Assistant to support our insurance operations team. The role involves working on Applied Epic software for policy administration, client documentation, endorsements, and assisting Client Representatives with day-to-day insurance servicing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new prospect client profiles in Applied Epic.
  • Prepare and send applications to clients for e-signature using DocuSign.
  • Attach binding documents and maintain policy records in Applied Epic.
  • Add new and renewal insurance policies in Applied Epic.
  • Send declaration pages and other policy documents to insured clients.
  • Download declaration pages from carrier websites and update records.
  • Create and fill out LPR forms, send documents for client signatures.
  • Create and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) using Applied Epic.
  • Process endorsements to existing policies and update Applied Epic accordingly.
  • Send payment requests to clients and forward proof of payments to Accounting.
  • Provide support in various administrative and insurance servicing tasks assigned by Client Representatives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with Applied Epic (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of insurance documentation, endorsements, and policy servicing.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or other e-signature platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/virtual environment.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance operations / virtual assistant roles.
  • Experience with US insurance carriers and policy workflows is a plus.
  • Ready to Work in US Shift ( if needed it will be work from home ).
