Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries via phone, and improving the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer queries, resolving issues, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette, and ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
