About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and ensure our customers receive outstanding service and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients through professional communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support, etc.) to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Communication, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Ability to handle high-volume queries efficiently.
