We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Telesales Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work environment while delivering exceptional sales performance. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers and drive sales over the phone, with a focus on maximizing daily talk time.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate Outbound Calls: Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, ensuring a professional and engaging approach.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and effectively present product offerings.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by closing sales through effective communication techniques.
- Daily Talk Time Management: Maximize daily talk time to enhance productivity and improve sales results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team and participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
