Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and account management across the luxury timber and fenestration category. This is an individual contributor (IC) role focused on engaging High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra Net-Worth Individuals (UNIs), and Business-to-Client (BTC) prospects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end client servicing in a luxury context.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and acquire HNI/UNI/BTC clients through strategic outreach, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Generate qualified leads via architect networks, design firms, and high-end developer channels.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and private showcases.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and luxury developers.
- Conduct high-touch meetings to present design-led product concepts tailored to client aspirations.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to translate vision into executable solutions.
Sales Execution & Closure
- Own the full sales cyclefrom pitch to closure—with precision and professionalism.
- Deliver consultative selling experiences that reflect the brand's craftsmanship and design ethos.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for post-sale execution and client satisfaction.
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow strategic accounts across HNI/UNI segments, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain detailed account plans, performance metrics, and client engagement strategies.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Track regional trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
Preferred/Ideal candidate profile
- 8–12 years' experience in luxury sales, architecture/design-led products, or high-value client servicing.
- Strong network among HNI/UNI clientele, architects, and design professionals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly autonomous, with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability.
- Passionate about design, detail, and delivering elevated client experiences.
