We're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in e-commerce and paid advertising to help our clients scale faster and achieve exceptional ROI.

Role Overview

We need a results-oriented marketer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, with a focus on e-commerce growth, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Budget Management: Allocate budgets strategically to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to boost performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: Identify high-performing keywords and audiences to drive sales.
  • Retargeting & Remarketing: Create and optimize retargeting campaigns to increase conversions and customer retention.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with designers to ensure high-converting landing pages.
  • Competitor & Market Research: Monitor competitor ads and stay updated with industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid ads for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible hours (Part-time / Remote).
