What You'll Do (Full Time)

  • Lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn and more)
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets and business goals.
  • Design and execute data-driven campaigns that drive measurable results (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.)
  • Constantly test, learn, and optimize for scale and efficiency
  • Identify and apply emerging trends in digital marketing and consumer behavior
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to build full-funnel strategies
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and growth projections
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other strategic initiatives to improve campaign performance and scale successful strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a high-performance agency environment
  • Experience of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-ROI campaigns
  • A strategist and operator—comfortable with both planning and doing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
