About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency dedicated to driving impactful results for our clients. We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Head to oversee, guide, and scale our company's digital presence and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall digital marketing strategy of the company.
  • Oversee teams across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing.
  • Build and implement strategies that align with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Mentor and guide the marketing team towards achieving company and client goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for marketing activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (generalist role).
  • At least 3 years of proven managerial experience in leading marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, PPC, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.).
  • Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business growth, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
