Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Head will oversee the company's digital marketing activities, manage client projects, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with strong communication skills, leadership potential, and a passion for driving online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Manage and support the digital marketing team in campaign execution and coordination.
  • Handle client communications, understand their requirements, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising activities.
  • Ensure smooth operations and workflow within the marketing department.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain consistent brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and paid campaigns.
  • Strong communication and client handling skills.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities to manage projects smoothly.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other digital platforms.
  • Experience in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Salary Range: Rs.10,000/- to Rs.20,000/-( Based on performance and experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
