Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing at Leadz Study Abroad in Kochi. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations daily. They will lead the marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to promote study abroad services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and brand.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media.
  • Oversee offline marketing activities including events, seminars, and partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to measure effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Research and Sales
  • Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the education industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹40,000.00 per month
