Shift: UK Shifts (Mon–Fri)

Experience: 4+ Years (Core HRBP experience mandatory)

Education: MBA / MSW / MA in HR (mandatory)

Prochant India is a leading healthcare outsourcing provider. We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – HRBP to act as a strategic partner and drive key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals

• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management

• Manage performance management (goal setting, appraisals, feedback)

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements

• Support workforce planning and succession planning

Desired Candidate Profile:


• 4+ years of strong HRBP experience (ITES / Healthcare / BPO preferred)

• Hands-on expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, retention, and performance management

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
