Mandatory Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in inside sales, telephonic counselling, or edtech sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage targets, and close deals
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales reporting software
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students about available training courses
- Provide career counseling and help leads choose the right course based on their goals
- Convert leads received through marketing campaigns, ads, and referrals
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, ensuring post-sale engagement and satisfaction
- Prepare and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to increase conversions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to stay aligned with business goals
- Identify and leverage referral opportunities from the existing customer base
- Ensure a high standard of customer support and follow-up, addressing queries and concerns promptly
