Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and revenue-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution across all digital channels. The candidate must have a proven track record of driving sales and achieving strict revenue-based targets through performance marketing.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing performance campaigns with a laser focus on sales conversions, ROI, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Achieve strict monthly and quarterly sales and ROI targets as defined by the management.
- Design A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Monitor key metrics — CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPL, and CPA — to ensure consistent profitability.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency and conversions.
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).
- Collaborate closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Track, report, and present campaign performance and actionable insights to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or product side).
- Proven success in achieving sales-driven targets through paid media campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and lead funnels.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Performance & Sales Targets:
- Monthly sales quota directly tied to paid marketing campaigns.
- KPIs include: ROAS ≥ 4x, CPA ≤ defined benchmarks, and minimum monthly lead conversion goals.
- Incentives and bonuses linked to exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- Underperformance beyond two consecutive months may trigger performance review.
