Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and revenue-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution across all digital channels. The candidate must have a proven track record of driving sales and achieving strict revenue-based targets through performance marketing.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing performance campaigns with a laser focus on sales conversions, ROI, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Achieve strict monthly and quarterly sales and ROI targets as defined by the management.
  • Design A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Monitor key metrics — CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPL, and CPA — to ensure consistent profitability.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency and conversions.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).
  • Collaborate closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Track, report, and present campaign performance and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or product side).
  • Proven success in achieving sales-driven targets through paid media campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and lead funnels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Performance & Sales Targets:

  • Monthly sales quota directly tied to paid marketing campaigns.
  • KPIs include: ROAS ≥ 4x, CPA ≤ defined benchmarks, and minimum monthly lead conversion goals.
  • Incentives and bonuses linked to exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
  • Underperformance beyond two consecutive months may trigger performance review.
