National Sales Head – Institutional Sales is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for institutional clients, including CSD, CPC and MFI's, corporate sectors. This role involves leading a nationwide sales team, driving growth, and managing key accounts to meet company revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities:  Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop national sales strategies targeting institutional markets and drive revenue growth.  Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure high performance.  Key Account Management:Manage relationships with major institutional clients, negotiate high -value contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.  Market Analysis & Reporting:Monitor market trends, provide sales insights, and adjust strategies to stay competitive.  Collaboration:Work with cross -functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales efforts and ensure smooth execution. Networking & Brand Representation:Represent the company at industry events and foster new business relationships.Requirements Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred. Experience:15 -20 years in institutional sales with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in home appliances. Skills:Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools.
