As National Channel Sales Head you are required to plays a crucial leadership role in managing and driving sales of company's product through various distribution channels across a country. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue growth, market share, and overall sales performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of national sales targets.Growth of market share and customer base.Channel partner satisfaction and performance.Profitability and efficiency of channel sales operations.Key Responsibilities:Channel Sales StrategyPartner ManagementTeam LeadershipSales Growth & ForecastingCross -Functional Collaaboration Requirements -AIS140 GPS Device Channel Sales Management -Telematics, Automotive, or a related industry experience of a minimum of 4 years. -Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred. A Management Degree in Marketing is a plus. -Should have 4 -5 Yrs experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management. More experience is fine too. -Rich experience in exploring and developing new markets, accelerating growth & achieving desired sales goals. -Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of sales and marketing strategies. -Proven track record of constantly surpassing targeted Business Volumes. -An effective verbal and written communicator with excellent relationship, team management, and client servicing skills. -Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude. -Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills. Knowledge of MS Office is a must. -Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical customer segments. -Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals.
