Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced National Head of Domestic Marketing for our Pigment Powder Business at Vipul Organics. This leadership role will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy, brand development, and revenue growth of our pigment powder product line in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pigment powder industry and a proven track record in executing successful marketing initiatives that align with Vipul Organics' goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Vipul Organics' Pigment Powder Business to expand market share, build brand equity, and increase customer acquisition in the domestic market.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the pigment powder industry. Use insights to adjust strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Brand and Product Positioning: Oversee the positioning of Vipul Organics' pigment powder products in the domestic market. Ensure the brand resonates with customers and stands out in the competitive landscape.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Develop integrated campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and ultimately, revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the domestic marketing team. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated to high-impact campaigns and activities that maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Promotions and Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns, advertisements, and digital marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and increase market penetration.
- Product Knowledge & Training: Ensure the marketing team and other stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of the pigment powder product offerings and their unique value propositions.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the pigment powder sector or related industries.
- Proven experience in national marketing strategy, brand management, and domestic market growth within pigment or chemical industries.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies specific to the pigment powder business.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic market trends and customer relationship management in the pigment or chemical industry.
