Unsecured Group Loans business:

Role

  • Someone who can lead the scale-up of the unsecured Group Loans business at pan-India level
  • Build regional teams and set up the business in new territories
  • Build strong liasoning and relationships with the regional and national teams of Pidilite
  • Attend various Contractor meetings and talk about the financing options offered
  • Set up sales processes and review mechanisms
  • Set up strong targets and achieve them with the teams
  • Plan for marketing videos and collaterals for business expansion

Person

  • 7-10 years experience in a lending organization, preferably from Small Finance Banks (SFBs) or Micro-finance NBFC
  • Service orientation, should be a people's person who can invoke trust
  • Should have extensively travelled across India
  • Can set-up, lead and motivate zonal teams
  • Hindi speaking, preferably from the northern belt of India originally
  • Mumbai based
  • Willing to travel extensively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
