We are looking for a results-driven and experienced National Head Domestic Marketing to lead the marketing function of Vipul Organics Pigment Powder Business. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and driving revenue growth in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pigment powder industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven record of building successful brands and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy for the pigment powder division to strengthen market share and brand visibility.
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives that support revenue and growth objectives.

Market Intelligence & Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed market studies to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Leverage insights to adapt marketing strategies and capitalize on new market opportunities.

Brand & Product Positioning:

  • Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions in the domestic pigment market.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all marketing channels.

Sales Collaboration:

  • Partner with the sales team to design integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Support regional sales initiatives with targeted promotions and marketing collateral.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the domestic marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive accountability, innovation, and professional growth within the team.

Budget & ROI Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum return on investment.
  • Track and report campaign performance using data-driven metrics.

Promotions & Campaigns:

  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Ensure the marketing team and related stakeholders possess comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate product value propositions.

Experience:

  • 10–20 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Pigment Powder / Chemical / Coatings sector.
